RE Heads Please Accessories: Rolls, Tickets, and Equipping

Accessories come from gacha rolls at the accessories shop using Accessory Tickets—here's how rolls, auto-delete, codes, and equipping work in RE: Heads Please.

Accessories in RE: Heads Please give your character stat boosts and are obtained through a gacha-style roll at the accessories shop/NPC on the map. You roll using Accessory Tickets, which drop at a 1 in 500 chance per flip or can be bought for 10,000 each. Higher-rarity accessories are correspondingly rare to roll. Verified effect examples include boosting critical chance and increasing flip speed, and accessories come in categories such as belts and necklaces. A full catalog of individual accessory names, exact stats, and per-item rarity values is not currently documented, so check the shop's roll interface in-game for the current roster.

How equipping works

Equip accessories from the accessories UI to receive their stat boosts, and swap them at any time from the same menu. A typical equipped loadout might pair one accessory that significantly boosts critical chance and increases flip speed with a second accessory providing similar benefits. Once equipped, the effect text on the item confirms what it is doing for your character.

Getting Accessory Tickets

Beyond the 1-in-500 flip drop and the 10,000-coin purchase price, Accessory Tickets are handed out as free promo-code rewards. Codes that have granted them include:

  • Update2.5 – 5 Accessory Tickets, 3 Engraving Scrolls, 5 Enchant Books
  • ThankyouFor4kCCU – 8 Accessory Tickets, 8 Enchant Books
  • ThankyouFor3kCCU – 5 Accessory Tickets, 5 Enchant Books
  • WeAreBack – 3 Accessory Tickets, 1 Luck Soda, 5 Enchant Books

Redeem codes in the Shop/codes tab. Reward amounts change between versions, so check the current code list before relying on any payout.

Managing your rolls and inventory

The accessories menu includes an auto-delete setting that keeps you from hoarding low-value rolls:

  1. In the accessories menu, rarities marked in red under auto-delete will be automatically deleted when rolled.
  2. Green-marked entries will not be deleted.
  3. To delete items manually, enter delete mode, click the items you want to remove, click delete, then click again to confirm.
  4. Turn off delete mode when finished so you don't accidentally delete something you want to keep.
  5. In your inventory, the main items to watch are tickets, coins, and broken coins.

Things to verify in-game

Per-rarity roll rates are not published beyond the ticket drop chance, and ticket behavior and the accessory roster can change between updates (such as 2.1 and 2.5). After any update, recheck the shop's rates and your auto-delete settings, since reward tables and systems have shifted between versions. If you're deciding which accessories to run, the best-accessories comparison covers which effects are worth a loadout slot.
