Re: Heads, Please! Coin Rarities — What Godly Means & How to Get It

What coin rarity means in Re: Heads, Please!, why Godly coins can't be rolled from the gacha and must be crafted, and why rarity alone doesn't decide profit or speed.

Coin rarity in Re: Heads, Please! measures how much a coin earns: the higher the rarity, the more money it brings per flip. You start with a penny that earns very little, then progress by tossing your coin for money, rolling in the shop for better coins, and crafting to reach even rarer tiers.

There is no confirmed, complete, ordered list of every current rarity name or their roll chances, so treat any full ladder you see elsewhere with caution — and recheck in-game after roll-system updates.

What rarity does and does not tell you

Higher rarity generally means higher earnings, but the label is not the whole picture:

  • Upgrade cost scales with how good the coin is, not strictly its rarity. Upgrading at the upgrade NPC costs more for better coins, and each level gives more earn. If a coin's "break" level resets to zero, you don't lose the coin.
  • Rarity isn't the only differentiator. The Trinity coin has no animations, while glitch pop is considered the best coin by some players specifically because it has animations. Whether a higher-tier coin feels "best" can depend on animations as well as tier — for performance comparisons, check measured rankings rather than the rarity label alone.
  • Listed prices don't mean anything for resale because you can't sell coins.

Godly coins: craft-only

Godly is a tier you cannot get from the coin gacha/rolling. It sits outside the normal roll pool — you have to craft it first. This was the case in the 2.1 version; roll pools and crafting recipes may have changed since, so recheck after updates.

How coins are obtained

  1. Fountain/gacha: The fountain on the map is where you gamble for coins. Roll prices have been reported inconsistently between guide versions — one says each fountain gamble costs "about 1,000," the 2.1-era guide says $1,000 per coin (10 for 10,000). Check the current price in-game.
  2. Shop rolling: Rolling for better coins happens in the shop, where you can also see the pity counter.
  3. Luck boosts: Roll luck can be improved with items like enchant books and lucky sodas from codes, which also increase money gain.
  4. Crafting: Crafting is the path to rarer coins generally, and the only known way to reach Godly.

Rarity on accessories

Rarity also applies to accessories. In the delete-mode UI, items marked red auto-delete when rolled, and green-marked ones don't — letting you automatically trash low-rarity accessory rolls. Accessories themselves come from accessory tickets (roughly a 1-in-500 chance per flip, or bought for 10,000 each) and grant stat boosts such as critical chance and flip speed.

If you're trying to decide which coin is actually best for earning speed or profit, rarity alone won't answer that — check the best-coins comparison for measured results.
