Re Heads Please Luck: What Luck Affects and How It Works

Roll luck in Re: Heads, Please! comes from coin enchants, sodas, and codes; here are the systems it verifiably touches and which rolls remain unconfirmed.

Luck in Re: Heads, Please! is the "roll luck" stat: enchanting your coin can add effects that "increase money, roll luck, and flip speed," and redeeming codes can grant roll luck alongside money increases and other stats. The underlying formula, whether the displayed value is the full value, and exactly which rolls it modifies are currently unknown — check the stat panel in-game after each change to see what your luck value actually does. Treat it as a bonus to coin rolls, not a general drop-rate multiplier, until your own testing shows otherwise.

Where luck bonuses come from

Four sources can add luck or luck-adjacent stats. Their exact luck contribution is not quantified in-game, so check the stat panel before and after applying each one:

  • Coin enchantments — the enchanting station applies effects that increase money, roll luck, and flip speed. Community guide videos recommend the "wealth", "heads", and "flash" enchants at tier 2–3 rather than their first-tier versions.
  • Consumable sodas — Lucky Sodas are the luck-themed consumable, awarded through active codes (for example, ThankyouFor5kCCU grants three lucky sodas, three wealth sodas, and three energy drinks; WeAreBack grants one lucky soda).
  • Accessories — obtained via accessory tickets (roughly a 1 in 500 chance per flip, or purchasable for 10,000 each) and give stat boosts such as critical chance and flip speed. These are not luck effects, and no accessory is currently confirmed to carry a luck stat, so don't buy one expecting it to raise your roll luck.
  • Redeemable codes — described as granting roll luck and money increases directly.

Systems luck may affect (currently unconfirmed)

Two random-roll systems are plausible candidates for luck interaction, but luck's effect on their outcomes remains an open question — test both in-game before assuming a benefit:

  • The coin gacha — rolls for coins use rarity-based odds with a pity system, and the Godly rarity cannot be rolled at all (it must be crafted first). It is not yet established whether luck shifts gacha rarity odds or pity progress.
  • The fountain gamble — each flip costs about 1,000 money with outcomes that appeared fixed in demonstrated examples (25% chance of 2x, 25% chance of 1x, 50% chance the coin breaks). Guides discourage using it as an income method, and whether luck modifies its results is undetermined.

Accessory ticket rolls are likewise not confirmed to be luck-sensitive.

Stacking, duration, and testing

How multiple luck sources stack, how long soda buffs last, and how the displayed luck value relates to actual roll odds are all undetermined for now. Before spending consumables, record your displayed luck value and retest affected rolls after each balance update, since these interactions can change between versions. If you're about to use a Lucky Soda, check its item page for acquisition and usage details first.
